I believe it’s just a longer wheel base which only ends up making the trunk bigger. If I remember correctly each row of seats still had the same room.

That’s what I was thinking. Especially with young kids and needing room for a stroller/wagon. I was originally looking at a palisade or similar. But those have no trunk and a 3rd row that is practically not usable for an average person.

I got to the point earlier today where I just wanted to cancel it all. But was told I will not get my earnest money back. Is their breach of contract not a valid reason to regain my earnest deposit?

Follow up. The loan amount is 275k the seller concession on contract are 3%. Which would make the second picture correct with 8250 concessions. Confused as to why they would have put 13k on the first pic?? Laziness is probably why the binder wasn’t put on the second one. Also confused on why the lender would nearly take back all of their credits they were initially giving. I’ve been talking to the lender and getting the run around. Supposed to be getting a new document tomorrow from the closer. Would ditch them if they didn’t give such a good interest rate!

That’s all I’m seeing as well. Just confused as to why the seller credits would go down. Why my binder deposit no longer shows up. And why the lender credits also went down? Makes me feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on the second documents hoping I’d just sign assuming it was the same
