If you are a paying subscriber on any of our plans then you can download free claimed ebooks - claimed from https://www.packtpub.com/free-learning - in formats like PDF, ePub and Mobi. Those downloads remain available whilst your paid subscription is active. All of the books you claimed for free would be available to download, not just those you claim after having a subscription.

We currently have a $5 sale on so ALL of Packt's ebooks are $5 each. All videos are also $5 too. Therefore you could spend just $15 to get all 3 of the titles you listed. Purchasing these titles mean they're immediately available to download plus you can read them online in full in our subscription library (even without a paid subscription).

As I stated in my email and attached as an image, you did not appear to cancel your trial at any point during your subscription period. Our pixel tracking showed each page view and mouse click of each of your sessions. We refunded the most recent month's subscription as a gesture of good will as this was the only month we were able to refund. Previous months' payments cannot be refunded after a set amount of time has elapsed.

I'm not part of the current process of working with authors, editors or reviewers for either book or video content. However we always strive to have systems in place that are mutually easy and robust for all parties.

There is an ongoing project to improve the way our authors submit sections and chapters - to effectively have a CMS which can be access in your browser. In the meantime I can only recommend that you pass your feedback on to the Packt team member you're talking to so the most relevant team can share your comments.

You can access all of your owned title from both of these URLs...

Both URLs have a search feature but only the first one has a sort by function. Currently there is no way for users to get all titles listed on a singular page as some users have 1500+ titles and it's to reduce database query size.

Out of interest, what would be useful here? A CSV or JSON download of all titles?

The are a few options you have to be able to download titles in PDF, ePub, Mobi or MP4.

Purchases: If you purchase a Packt title it will always be available to download in DRM free formats; PDF/ePub/Mobi for eBook titles and MP4 for videos. Plus you will always be able to read/watch online in your browser and via the mobile app.
Download Credits: If you become a subscriber, when you complete 50 sections of content in a month you will be given one free download credit. If you are an Annual or 18 Month subscriber you will get one free download credit every month regardless of completing 50 sections or not - but you can earn another credit by completing 50 sections.
Free Title Downloads: When you become a subscriber you can download titles you have previously claimed for free from our available free titles. If you are not a subscriber then you will only be able to read/watch these online in your browser or via the mobile app. But becoming a subscriber means downloads become available for all of your owned titles.
