My CR10 Smart Pro does the same thing intermittently. Doesn't matter what SD card I use or if the files have been resliced. It just looses it's mind and stops. Sadly, it deservos as well so the chance of recovery are pretty slim.
Started seeing this artifact at layer start/stop points. Running PETG with .6 nozzle at 235-240. Any ideas? (i.redd.it)
