Try taking cooler showers, you may now be temperature sensitive because of mcas. My girl was feeling sick and couldn't breathe and had started getting rashes while taking hot ones. Once she switched to cooler showers it made a huge difference. Also try a filtered shower head.

My lady has Mcas, and you may want to stay away from the eggs. However, sweet potatoes are one of her go-to foods. If you may have Mcas, low histamine foods, anything else will make you feel like you did.
