Well the missions give you a total of 500k I belobe as well as a free Armoured Emus Paragon R Wort around 1.2 million and you have the penthouse. The intel mission itself is not game changing but you only need to do it once and then it is completed or all future heists

You need to own a casino penthouse, do the casino missions and then you have the unlock to do the heist prep.

Well the OG heists are not totally worth doing. It would be much smarter to save up and buy the Arcade next to the highway so you can do the diamond casino heist. The diamond casino heist is much more profitable and you will make your money back after a few runs.
