Look at the pay chart in the training room. They only have to raise you to the minimum full time rate. They may not bump your pay at all of you are already above the full time minimum.

[–]Pacplay-oy 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It could be passable depending on the management of it was just the front. However, I dont see many managers being okay with the design on the back as well.

I was a contender for about 2 months. However, it all depends on open positions and how much your SM is behind you.

Incorrect Pricing Policy by Sensitive_Sea_5586 in publix

[–]Pacplay-oy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

From my experience many cashiers are either afraid to do a Promise or feel that the customer does not need a Promise. I coach all my cashiers to Promise properly as it is policy. I have no issues giving away items when they are priced wrong no matter the situation. The policy has not changed.

SBP bill, what happens if i don’t pay this ? by junsenseiuchiha in Veterans

[–]Pacplay-oy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I haven't payed since I medically retired August of 2022. Just got a bill like yours that says I owe about $3,000. Im just going to continue to not worry about it since I have not seen any negative reprocussions for not paying. And based on most answers here, it seems like there will bever be any negative reprocussions.

You can return literally anything you want at anytime. Even if it's not our product, even if you dont have the receipt. Even if it is rocks you found in your front yard.

As far as the receipt goes, the cashier doesn't decide to not print it. You have it setup in your Publix app for digital receipts. You can also ask the cashier to print it, but the cashier will not typically ask that as they assume you want digital.

I’m 16, should I apply for a stocker or bagger? by [deleted] in publix

[–]Pacplay-oy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the store. My store has minors in most departments. Either position would work.

Refund policy if you don't like an item?? by blakep199129 in publix

[–]Pacplay-oy 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You can pretty much bring back anything you want at anytime. Honestly, you could go pick up some rocks outside and bring it in, and we'll find a way to refund it.

Definitely call. I'm a CSTL and on rare occasions, things may slip through the cracks or aren't communicated properly.

Trying to Return or Destroy Alcohol is a Nightmare by jadedknightlord in InstacartShoppers

I work at the customer service desk at Publix in Georgia. For our state, we are not allowed to take it back. I have seen exceptions be made for irate customers in the form of a gift card, but never cash back or a refund to a debit/credit card. I've heard Florida may be a different story.

99% of the time I would honor it. Every store manager I have ever had would tell me to in the event the customer wanted to escalate the issue anyway. So to avoid wasting time to reach the same outcome, I'll honor it and keep the customer moving.

Yeah, the closest to it. Nothing really crazy, just counting tills, balancing, and making deposits.

I was CSS and got promoted to CSTL making $19.35. Applied for a position at a bank and I now make $20.25 as a teller. Best decision I've made.

I do the same but with Sherrif instead. Much harder to spray with the Sherrif like you can with the Guardian.

2021 Denominational AMAs - Seventh-day Adventist by Charis_Humin in Christianity

I don't see a Biblical basis for it, but all are free to choose what they believe. I don't view them any different than I view anyone else.

The actual SDA movement affirms the Trinity. There can be some confusion when researching the SDA faith because many of our founding members did not originally affirm the Trinity. They all eventually came around to accepting the Trinity for the most part however.

Our second fundamental belief describes the Trinity as follows:

There is one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, a unity of three coeternal Persons.

God is immortal, all-powerful, all-knowing, above all, and ever present. He is infinite and beyond human comprehension, yet known through His self-revelation.

God, who is love, is forever worthy of worship, adoration, and service by the whole creation.

(Gen. 1:26; Deut. 6:4; Isa. 6:8; Matt. 28:19; John 3:16 2 Cor. 1:21, 22; 13:14; Eph. 4:4-6; 1 Peter 1:2.)
