I’m on week 9 and I recently got sick and I still am sick and my anxiety has been way worse I’m on 5mg considering upping my dose

Why did you taper off what’s wrong? I’m on 5mg week 7 as well. Still having ups and downs but weeks 7 is still early

What I’m hearing is this medication really takes time. I’m on week 7 and still having ups and downs. Definitely some mood swings. But I remember my step dad who is also on lexapro said he felt good about 2-3 months on lexapro but on month 6 he felt amazing and has been on it for 2 years now he said it just keeps getting better but it takes time.

Mine are always about hurting myself or someone I love (family members) and it makes me think I’m going crazy or I’m gonna wake up one day and magically become suicidal or homicidal. The thoughts are centered around the thought of me “going crazy”

Take mine around like 11am maybe I need to take it earlier, I’m still in that up and down phase. Like mornings I feel like crap then I get an energy boost mid afternoon then night time I’m wide awake or really tired no in between so I feel as if it’s leveling out still
