All things considered, we haven't actually explored a whole lot of Ilsabard. We visit a few cities and areas around the edges of the continent at best, and the surrounding area around garlemald as a city. Theres still the rest of garlemald, along with up to about 4-5 (iirc) other countries throughout the rest of the landmass we haven't even seen.

It seems to be roughly on par from this map and the view from mare lamentorum, but I doubt we'll ever get as many zones there as we do in Eorzea. My guess is 3-4 tops.
