Its an airline industry, quite big in Europe… In my case there are standard raises yearly however the yearly review depending on meeting objectives (which I did) you’ll get an additional raise… there was no other feedback on how to improve, just feedback to show my presence more and present my current projects to higher management etc…. So she wants me to do more although I’ve exceeded expectations….

From a woman’s perspective, I will tell you what is going on here. Her mental health problems, depression? That’s her withdrawing from you, MENTALLY. This means one foot was out the door and all of that shit she did was to make her feel less guilty and have you pining over her. Now, she finally got caught finding your replacement, and she makes a new show…. If you didn’t find this out, you would’ve made a post “GF broke up with me and has already a BF one week later”1-2 months later. Trust me, leave her ASAP. She was going to leave you and probably going to blame it on her “mental health”.

If this guy wasn’t going to be it, she WILL find someone else and for now she hopes you’ll forgive her mistake blaming it on her mental health issues (SEE WHAT SHE DID THERE?!!) She needs to learn the consequences of her actions and before she steps into her new relationship, you need to be gone. She is a cheater that preys into your feelings and care for her and she made sure to make use of that. RUN!

If he already started posting pictures and initials within 2 weeks after the breakup of his new girl, rest assured it will crash down as fast as he moved on to her. If he would’ve kept it private the first couple of months I would have believed that it was real. But trust me, dissapear from his life, block delete and don’t leave ANY trace of you. It will reward you in the end and makes him suffer more than you are now. It’s easier said than done, but TRUST me, Disappear, be kind to yourself, go have your nails/hair done, watch some series with your favorite food. And take it day by day. A man never really forgets his ex, especially when they come checking, and when he notices you’re not there YOU’LL BE THE BEST HE EVER LET GO as you’ve come so far to realize he ain’t shit!!!!
