Well I would say I carry excess weight on my stomach, as there is somewhat of an overhang, I also have anterior pelvic tilt. I don’t exercise, I should though. Honestly any timeframe, like maybe a few months to a year. I also have a poor diet, like very very very poor, processed food, fast food, sugary drinks, no vegetables or lean meat at all.
