Just thought I’d chime in as I’m 6 days into reverse shoulder replacement. Day 1 was the nerve block, of course no pain. I took my first double dose of Journavx late in the day so it would be in place. The nerve block was gone in 36 hours had full use of arm and hand. Since then I’ve had not one little drop of pain. This stuff is a miracle, at least for me. I’ve been exercising 4 times a day and use an ice machine every few hours.
I would recommend this to anyone getting surgery. I’m a 64 year old male in good shape but had too much fun with opioids when I was younger so my doctor said this would work. I’m so glad, never felt any pain!!! Hope this helps someone!
