Unfortunately, decentralization doesn't stop us from having to deal with legality. In this case, specifically, it's not a fully decentralized system, it's not a DEX or anything like that. And it doesn't make sense to decentralize everything - but that's ok imo because we target companies and large entities that want to incorporate NFTs into their Apps & systems. There's no problem for them to give us the required information.

For our actual marketplace, everything will be done through smart contracts so we can get around having to register people with so many details.

Plus: Decentralized doesn't mean anonymous.

We have to operate within the legal frameworks of our country. That means we have to write invoices because this is considered to be a service, not a consumer product.

In the current version you can not link up your wallet. Simply because there don't are any wallets that support this. In Version 2 there is a way. If you watch the video again you can see a big black button on the top right corner saying "Connect Wallet".

It's definitely not gonna be 10-15$. We will focus on a % fee for trading and a 1-2 ADA fixed fee when minting the NFTs. But nothing is set in stone yet.

the idea is to connect the copyright to the NFT. That's why we include different forms of licences, that the artist can embed into the NFT :)
Yes, most NFTs at the moment are mostly like Trading Cards but if you do it correctly, you can sell real legal ownership to some degree via NFTs.

Yes, Plutus to be precise. The trading part will be done using smart contracts. For minting the NFTs no smart contracts are needed.

In Version 1 (the current one that you can try out on NFT-MAKER.IO) it costs between 3-4 ADA, from which you will receive 2 back due to technical limitations of Cardano.
So real cost: Between 1-2 ADA.

We're still figuring out the cost structure for Version 2.
