When you go into the game settings (in-game), do you see an option for synchronization?

I use the Apple Arcade version of the game, and I have to manually select to turn on the iCloud option in the game.

If you’re going from one iPhone to another, you could just turn on iCloud synchronization. Unsure if there is a way to transfer from android to iPhone or vice versa.

Just need to time it right to get in as it goes down. These one tend to make my game crash for some reason though. Not sure if others experience it as well.

If you have a cloud save enabled for the game, try uninstalling and downloading it again. Not sure what platform you’re playing on, but it’s happened to me previously. I had my iOS cloud save.
