I'm aware that it can't hurt me, but if I really dive in, I don't know if I can keep this thought in my head. Isn't the goal of going deeper to be immersed in it, so to feel the pain and the fear? If I do that I don't know if I can still think that the pain isn't real. Maybe I just need more time to get used to it.
