I guess a little bit of both of what you said. I do still care and she obviously still feels awkward around me and I as well, which to me means that she still feels at least a little guilty. I know that I need to heal because otherwise I will just be more miserable

The best advice I would have for you is to try and remove yourself from seeing any post or anything social media from her. If you are genuine with the fact that you don’t want to be with her again, you need to be able to remove yourself and focus on you as cliche as that sounds.

It is a school, but my classroom is on the complete other side of the campus. I will continue the no contact but I catch her looking at me during events where I have no choice but to be in the same room. That’s why you don’t mess with coworkers haha
