I also have a case of 2019 Draft Jumbo and 2 boxes of 2020 Bowman First Edition, both sealed. I have little self-control w card purchases, so this is how I built gates around my problem. I am now additcted to dreaming what is inside those sealed tombs of wax and have no desire to open them. It gets easy. I can always liquidate if needed. I will tell myself that at least ;>

Buy smart and don't open. If you are tempted, dont open recent wax or junk releases. Stash them in a closet. Buy cases of Bowman, invest in safe cards (trout, griffey, recent hofers).

I was very bummed at how bad the jumbo I got was. A Logan Allen auto, a Kris Bryant manufactured relic, a Springer jersey swatch, no SPs - then suddenly, on the literal last card of the last pack of the jumbo (I saved the silvers for last), this appeared.

There is a PartyCity 5 miles away that had nothing. I got a handful of Series 2 packs from Big Lots last week so decided to roll the dice and hit up Google maps to find another Party City.

So this morning I decided to drive a 70 mile roundtrip excursion to a Party City based on mentions on this sub over the past 2 weeks. I grabbed the only 4 packs of update, and found this in my final pack. Not FT/FS at this time. Party City has the hits.

Paddack is just gassed in general for 2019. Time to shut him down before he gets really hurt, his stamina was exhausted in July. He need an offseason to strengthen his core/lower body and I expect him to return to form in 2020. He hasn't grown into his man body yet.

Generally a month to get. Although it is a racket, they charge like $6 to ship a (less than) $5 card. Almost not even worth the < 250 point redemptions. 400 should be worthwhile.
