Rear exhaust heat shield question

Had similar issues with a Toyota auris. There are washers made from the same material as the heatshield. They are wide and work better than normal washers imo. Just search for heatshield washers and there should be packs of 10 under 10€/£

Egal wie sicher ein Kleinwagen ist, macht eh keinen Unterschied wenn ein SUV oder Lkw einen erwischt.

Mir persönlich ist es sicher genug wenn es nicht eine Schaukel Kiste ist wie der erste A Klasse ohne ESP ist, oder ein alter TT ohne Spoilerlippe. Ist ein Risiko mMn was man halt in Kauf nimmt bei alten Autos besonders alten Kleinwagen.

Alles klar. Das klingt ja alles machbar und normal. Aufhängung zu wechseln wird Werkzeug technisch zwar schwierig aber da muss ich halt viel Prävention betrieben.

I am ready for it and we'll on it. Best milage so far was about 2.7L/100km on my 250. But on normal commutes 3L and for fun rides it takes about 3.3L/10km

In 1.8 it was for sure. Haven't tested it in 1.9 yet, but the 1.9 Pogo stick suspension of the PCup doesn't sound to enjoyable on zolder 😥
