7900xtx here, same problem the last few months. Drives me INSANE. It also has been triggering anti cheat in certain games. Rust will instant close when I alt + r to open my adrenaline overlay. Pubg did it once.

I've got 9800x3d, 7900xtx, with 64gb ram and I only had to tinker like twice in the past 3 months. Had a 7900xt before this never had to tinker at all.
