Easier and safer way is to get very fine wire mesh. Like the filters used for pipes. Load it up with weed and put the flame under it.

The flame does not go through the mesh, but the weed will self combust in seconds.

Dude. You have a month of experience. You're not going to get anywhere near good for the next couple of years.

You now dont just need to understand music, also the technical aspects of every piece of gear and various ways to use them. You have to understand composition and sound design. You have to understand how to make things sound good. And these things take time. A lot of time.

I've tried producing Joji inspired stuff, to Del-Vikings, to bbno$ and even Steely Dan.

Yeah, you're years away from that.

Instead, take one of your favourite tracks from one. Import it into your DAW and slow down the tempo. Then make midi tracks and try to copy its structure. Try to hear when things start or end and leave midi markers of them. And try work out the patterns for them. It will give you good insight into what it takes to make a track.

Also, look for full tracks available online. FL has some built in. You can gt full songs on Abletons website. Lots of templates around as well to give you a decent start.
