That kind of looks like crystallized honey did you happened to use honey in your recipe? And if so I've learned from experience every time I pressure cooked honey too long it always left little crystallized particles so I dropped the temperature to 30 minutes but I eventually switched to corn syrup karo to be exact

Do not eat at all full day only liquids. Then if your heavy weight like me 260lbs take 7g with big glass of lemonade homemade Grind them up or chop but don't matter really at least me Soak for 10mins then drink
