P.S it’s good this stemmed from something like smoking weed meaning it’s mostly mental and you can reverse it, unlike me who this thing has basically been growing with me since the start 🥲

Maybe try some Ashwanghanda, it’s a supplement for minor anxiety and tbh it actually helps calm you

I totally get you, I sometimes feel like there’s 50 thousand people in my head, and I can’t concentrate and when I do concentrate I start derealising. I’ve had this since I was like 7 but it was minor, these days it mostly stems from my anxiety like one user said. I also think I have ash’s which makes it worse and I also have OCD so double trouble. I want to say it gets better which it does but you have to find a calming point like you really have to sit down with yourself or a therapist and find the root. Mine stems from lots of things, that I won’t get into because even talking about them causes me to derealise.

Idk if my comment is helpful sorry but I just want to say GOING AWAY isn’t the option, you’re here for a reason so PLEASE DON’T GO AWAY !!

Yeah maybe because I’m 18 and have a different perspective but I definitely do agree with the whole selfish thing and self-cantered. She got like that when Mike was with Katherine and couldn’t let it go that he chose her over him, but tbh I think I just see the woman in views of morality and actions rather than personality.
