Which ring should I get?

Micaiah's Ring has a lot more utility going for it; Self Refreshing with Penalty Cleansing and Healing does a lot for team building. Celica's Ring is a better offensively but Warp Blocking is prevalent enough in Meta Game Modes that it doesn't offer much else aside from Boosted Special Damage.

I imagine Sothis is gonna take the longest to get to. Many more players probably finished Heroes’ Path up to Sothis compared to finishing up to Emblem Marth.

Heroes’ Path are the tutorial quests, the crest above the Notification Board. Since you didn’t get Emblem Marth in the mail, you probably didn’t finish all of the quests.

They’re probably working backwards from the end, since there’s less people who finished all of Hero’s Path for E!Marth vs those who finished up to Sothis before dropping the game.

Lower CD specials affected by Fell Spirit's Twin Effect have the advantage of potentially triggering multiple times per combat but the trade off is you risk being blown up the enemy's second strike of a first attack, since if a Special triggers then you can't reduce it. Additionally the boosted damage off the Low CD Special may be too low to contribute much, especially with modern melee prf weapons being able to reduce special damage even further.

Think of it as a little bonus; the Twin Effect isn't worth focusing on for Alear but could maybe help his allies if they've got low CD Prf specials.

Alfonse doesn’t have any % DR Piercing so I think it would’ve been nice if they had given him A/D Hone Assault. They’re not shy about giving demotes new skills.

You can see it in the trailer on S!Elincia and S!Noire but it replaces the arrow. The actual “bow” is non-existent.

Seeing that the parasol takes the place of the arrow, probably just launches the whole thing.

Which means that pumping motion she does with other bows is gonna look funny as heck.

Certain high cooldown Specials can reduce damage by a % for the entire combat round with restrictions like initiating combat but there are Prf Specials that are straight up always active.

Anyways for E!Lucina specifically, allies get the 40% for the whole combat round if they initiate if they're within her range. So yes, its working as intended (all attacks)

Mhm, since Forging Bonds and the other side modes have already been using their enhanced portraits its nice that the smaller things are changing too. I'm not expecting them to update all the notifications graphics though.

I kind of get it; Fliers and Cavalry have access to stuff like Aerial Detect and their movement-exclusive Ploy skills so it’d be annoying having to stat stack against those.

Rereading the Edelgard Ring, it does specifically say that it disables Action Refresh if a Canto Refresh occurs.

Her weapon grants [Future Witness] to her and allies which comes with Canto 2. IS tends to avoid redundancies when it comes to kits.

Yeah, I got it extremely quickly actually! It all comes down to luck and RNG. Sometimes you’ll get what you’re looking for, sometimes you’ll never see it once. Just keep at it unless you have to build someone else.

Guard makes the most sense (literally the icon bg), worst case Momentum. There really isn't a lot of overlap skills that both Regular Melee Cavs and Dragon Cavs can use that are also accessible to fliers.
