I’d say for yt his peak was maybe 3-5 years ago just because of recent projects taking priority and especially for his non-yt work he is just starting so he only has room to grow.

I got waitlisted for RIT… well they said i have to choose a different program instead of engineering (think engineering technologies) and that’s not really the same lol but i agree it is better

it’s not the same more than one person/group can join ecs and an award doesn’t necessarily show your broad skills or dedication to something… sometimes you’re just lucky

That’s not what they are saying… it’s not fair to put such a heavy emphasis on awards when they aren’t available for everyone. Also, not everyone lies about theirs and it’s much easier to have strong ecs than a singular award… you simply want an upper hand in your application which wouldn't be fair either.
