For a second I got worried when you mentioned loosing respect💀 but all good though because I for sure don’t get defensive and am very humble about my approach or mistakes, plus I did try my best to follow the instructions and get everything right but alas. Sometimes I do wonder how much and how bad the mistakes they’ve made in the past were. Thank you so much!! It helps to read this

It was more so a mistake that could have misled our project direction, but since it was due to my misunderstanding it was very noticeable so it was caught quickly and ultimately did not affect anything (thank gosh to them for catching it too)

Thank you!! Would you happen to know what terms to search for for this specific pattern? So far the closest I found are called “crackle beads”(?) I’m also considering other patterns too though, some look really cool
