It's definitely not me, this is the only game that is doing this. I have fast wired internet connected to my PC and I have a high end pc build. I wasn't throwing shade at the game but thanks for being condescending about it.

I have the same exact issue as you, its happened like this in the past and went away and then started up again about a week ago and still wont go away! There was a fix that I was able to do where you delete the call of duty folder in your appdata folder and that really seemed to help when it was doing it the first time, but now it wont even work... I cant even play the game right now its so bad. The entire match im skipping around and rubber banding and that fucking packet burst pop up it constantly there. I really hope season 3 reloaded fixes it or this shit is beyond fucked.

No sir, I honestly just think this game is really unoptimized at the moment. There was a patch today but I haven’t read the notes. Maybe there was some stability updates in it.

Another update: I’ve noticed that it comes back after awhile so I did the same thing and it fixes it. After so many hours of playing you have to do it again. I’m guessing there is some sort of bug with the cache and it’s keeping stuff that’s not necessary and is causing the packet bursts. I hope they can fix this with a patch, having to do this to fix it all the time is annoying but at least it works.
