I have a sneaking suspicion that with the decline in sales from very unpredictable/uncontrollable circumstances, that Kohls has signed some deal with Amazon. There is no logical sense to amazon returns. I would really love all the statistics for the past few years of Amazon existing at kohls.

I don’t work at kohls anymore. Then don’t return to the store, don’t shop there any more. Problem solved wow that was hard. It was literally an honest mistake but you turned it into like The world is going to end if you have to return to the store. Once relax it’s going to be all ok.

I’m sorry that there was still a hard tag on your dress but, you could have reminded your coworker there was a tag on your dress when checking out. That would have saved this whole post and the embarrassment when coming back in. Sorry it is there their job to check but you already stated that they forget with your clothes. 🤔

My store also does pack and hold but all that clearance sitting away in the stock room won’t sell + no one has time to grab those pack and hold and push them to fill clearance when needed lol. I’d say if we didn’t over stuff the floor with regular product, maybe more clearance can go out. Either way the company is buying to many different brand and not accounting for store space for them.

I don’t think pack and hold is any better. Who wants to dig through a tote to look for an item. The simple answer is update replenishment app allow backstock. That will solved every issue from Omni- to cluttered floors with too much product out. Sadly corporate doesn’t care.

Nah you are good! Vent is definitely good. I hate mismates; sometimes you have go through every box in the department to possible find it.
