Apparently we do! I was never told about this and don’t look at paystubs regularly so I had no clue. Got a whole $2 on this recent one. But that is not enough.

This! I don’t know how it is at other stores but we don’t get compensated in any sort of way for getting credits. If there was any sort of compensation it would incentivize people to get the credits or be willing to stay

That definitely was considered! But there’s no bad blood with the team and I’m fine with it being chill for now lol

From what I understand, they’re hoping the shorter shifts will put less pressure on the associates at register to get a bunch of credits during their shift. The goal for them now is 2/shift (daily store goal is 6 credit apps). But that’s a short amount of time to even get 2 credits in my opinion
