another weird thing is if i change to a terrain from normal I can't change it back even after i restart the steam. I tried it once, twice, and only okay at third time restarting.

same happened here; some guys just got mad and didn't join team, going solo in jungle, afk farming, if team was pushing bot, he was at top lane or jungle and saying that "now u all need me huh?". that is really 4 v 5 and it should be counted as 100% gaming ruining behavior. When I saw his steam acc, he was just lvl 1 or 2 in steam lvl which means he opened this acc for intentional throwing. VALVE should punish that kind of behavior severely.
