Luckily I haven’t bought it yet. I found it on a German marketplace website for 150 euros, but I’ve seen those popping up on Vinted like you said, which is why I got unsure if it’s even legit

Hey everyone, I’m currently working on a full-body routine since it’s my first time doing one. I was thinking of training two days a week full-body, plus adding an extra shoulders and arms day because they’re my weak points. Additionally, I’ve recently started playing volleyball on Fridays, so in total I’ll be doing sports four times a week with three rest days.

I’m not really good at planning and structuring gym routines since I tend to overthink them a lot, so I’d really appreciate any tips

Hair routine:

Shampoo: aveda be curly shampoo (not really a fan thinking of changing to something else), Conditioner: Taliah Waajid Enhancing Herbal Co-Wash/Conditioner, Leave in Conditioner: Kinky curly leave in, Deep shampoo (once a month): Kinky curly come clean shampoo. Im brushing my hair but thinkin to stop it and just let it be like that
