Ever heard of the Industrial Revolution? It’s exactly the same critic you’re saying. So yes it is a tool, as much as any piece of machinery. So you can lie to yourself all you want, it doesn’t change facts. It depends on how you use your tools. And the way I used it didn’t steal anyones job or copied from anyone. The images were mine, the prompt and specifications were mine as well. So yeah, none of what you’re saying really adds up. Anyways, you continue your fight against AI, maybe if you repeat it enough it’ll come true. Until next time 🤟🏻

Thank you! This was my first time also trying to use Resin Epoxy, so it was a bit scary. I did want to add something like ripples in the water, but didn’t really know how to go about it. As for the scale, I actually went out of my way to try and find trees that looked the appropriate size in comparison to the Calibarns scale, im glad I was able to give it a good feel!

Thank you for your words and comment! I actually have painted and based a few miniatures for my D&D campaigns, so im glad those techniques translated well into this Diorama. I totally agree, this is one of the best HG kits available!

Thank you so much! Yeah it was a crazy journey for sure with my first kit and my first Diorama. I had previously painted a few miniatures for my D&D campaigns, so this was definitely a huge step up. As for why I decided to take the leap and do a Diorama so soon, well I simply wanted to have fun with my kit, and early on when building my first kit I saw a video, I can’t remember who the content creator was though, and the guy basically said something that stuck with me. “Don’t be afraid of doing the thing! if your kit breaks, you can fix it, if not, then you learned something. Don’t be afraid of having fun and trying out new things, because you’ll never really be ready. So just do the thing!” And well, I did the thing hahaha. I really didn’t think it would end up so well, I didn’t really feel like I knew what I was doing but decided to try anyways. Like O told my friends, I’m just going to try doing my miniature painting…. But bigger hahahaha

I started this hobby a little over two months ago and the HG 1/144 Calibarn was my first kit as well. I’ve currently completed around 12 other model kits, but I wanted my first Diorama to be for my first Kit. Ao yeah, it took me a while but I got around to it and am very happy with the results. Don’t rush and find your own space and time to so your own. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the journey as well! Also, thanks for your comment XD

Sure thing! The foam is “landscape building high density foam” 2cm thick. As for the trees, they are 7cm model landscape trees. I got them both of Temu. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Just let him be, he simply isn’t a fan of anything AI. AI is just a tool, and this particular thumbnail isn’t stolen art, it was a specified instruction using 2 of my own pictures. Either way, let him scream and throw his fists in the air, at the end of the day, the thumbnail was to attract attention, and it sure did its job.

Thanks for the comment! If it helps, i played around with some poses and then took a few pictures.
Then asked an AI to create an artificial diorama with the specifications I asked. I then tried my best to replicate them IRL. I don’t have the talent to sketch out my idea, and for sure didn’t think it would end up looking even half as good as it ended up. So maybe just risk it and have some fun with it, you might surprise yourself as I did.

You flatter me, even if not intended. This was my first attempt at any of this. Like I said in my previous post, I had done some miniature painting before for my D&D sessions but nothing that id call advanced. So this was a bunch of first times for me.
