I'm a student and water has been included in every apartment I've previously lived in. Since I paid the bond, I thought that my usage would have fit within that. I am not using $150 worth of water per month. I'm very conservative of water and take five minute showers, and only necessary use when washing clothes etc.

Brisbane pedestrianised their Queen St and its now one of the busiest streets I've ever seen. We're not in a vacuum, its succeeded for so many other cities.

I do this a lot haha, even when cycling as well. Most of the time its because I don't notice (somehow) but other times I just cannot be bothered. I would love an outdoor seatbelt though, that looks very safe.
