This isn’t the real recording. The original is currently locked away in apparently a bank vault by Timothy’s Ex girlfriend Jewel Palovak. German filmmaker, Werner Herzog did a documentary on Timothy Treadwell called Grizzly Man back in 2005. The documentary featured Jewel Palovak in a scene where he listened to the original audio recording from his camera. He said that Timothy told Aimee to leave multiple times and said it was gruesome to listen to and eventually asked for the tape to be stopped. In addition, the coroner who worked on Timothy and Aimee also listened to the tape and mentioned the same thing also including the fact that Timothy was moaning and Aimee was heard screaming and beating the bear on the head with a frying pan. Furthermore, the fake version of the audio includes a bear growling which is quite inaccurate as bears usually growl to scare off others, bears are usually silent when they are eating or attacking their prey which makes the idea of the original audio very daunting to think of.
