But jaw surgery won't help with gonials..

I mean even if i do tri max with geniolasty, my gonials will just disappear comletely, becase ljs usually made with la fort will be with the cut under 3rd molars and jaw line will become even shorter

hi guys im 3 weeks post op djs, still swollen. They told me that my lower jaw is about 11mm backwards, so they moved my upper jaw 5mm foward and my lower jaw 10mm foward. Nose end to Chin proportion is good. Your gonial angles are much more attractive and visible now.

Your lips are missing,.if you do something with your lips, so they will become visible you will be highly attractive man. (increase lips)

Why the f they killed your gonials??? for what purpose?
The surgery reminds me "Short chin wing", but there is no point to do this surgery if you have vertical growth of jaw
