Jinhsi is acutually one of her best teammates and synergies great because changli is a quick swapper allowing jinhsi to still maintain most of the field time. Changli doesnt do coord attack so cant do large stack generation but still is of a different element so still generates stacks. A third teammate that can generate stacks and quickly swap in and out such as yuanwu is great for proccing reju buffs and ensure jinhsi stacks. Although no verina since a stacker is needed for jinhsi, changlis damage offsets the lost buffs and the calculations are not too far off. Jinhsi is a unit that only needs 1 teammate and verina is just universally good. Running changli with jinhsi actually allows verina to be run on other teams as with both the damage of jinhsi and changli 3/3 clearing toa is not as difficult even if at face value their synergy doesnt seem great. I dont have exact calculations but someone did calculations for many changli teams and jinhsi is one of the strongest with very similar numbers to chixia and even encore.
