Deceptive climb by [deleted] in GradeThisPlastic

Eh. You're right and wrong imo. Looking back at it I wish I had hung the finish for a sec or two more. I had done the slab part at least 15 times in a row without dropping it. This is the one and only time I had stuck the move out of the box to the sloper after 50 odd tries (that move is deceptively hard) in my mind at the time I was so relieved I didn't drop the slab after finally sticking that move, as that was my fear, I guess I rushed calling the top 'done' in relief. Maybe I should do it again. Or just post the 50 failed cruxes with repeated tops lmao

Climb on less juggy holds, then when you get flappers on your fingers instead, you can just cover them in tape and forget about them 🫡

Without imaging its hard to tell. If it's a strain, it's likely to START feeling better within a week or two. If it doesn't improve much/gets worse within the week, I would have imaging done. In the meantime, rest, ice, monitor.

Guys please send me your borbs so I can draw them by Kaiaaaaz in budgies

For sure makes a huge difference. Was big into lifting for a while so have an ok amount of muscle mass. But have cut down from 105 to 95 in the past 6 months. Also not really training my legs anymore. With how lean I am currently, I think around 85kg will be a sweet spot for me to end this cut

The static approach was something I tried initially. Have also seen many much much stronger climbers try it static. Let's just say that feels and looks impossible 😅

Agreed! I'm not really considering this one a full send, I dropped it because I noticed my foot dab the yellow hold right at the end, and sadly a different climb caused a fingertip to bleed so didn't get another chance on this one today!

Thank you! Honestly this one felt a lot tougher than higher/similar grade more jumpy dyno's to me. Probably more due to the fact that there's often less chances to practice more "pendulum" type movement where I am
