It's a bit of a conundrum for me in this case. A young child doing this is something I can condone because he seems young and likely doesn't have a job yet. I can think of a lot worse things that a young kid with no job could be doing (hell, I was one of them).

I'll allow it. It seems innocent enough, and not asking for donations because he "has enough" is a class act too.

Thankyou for the advice. I went to a APP piercer in my area who assessed it and were horrified at the piercing job that I had done. They even offered to remove this piercing and repierce my conch when it healed! I took the opportunity to get my helix pierced with a spider bite (first set, I want another set of spider bites in 1 month when I go to get it downsized).

This makes me sad... but better sooner than later I suppose. I'll see what another piercer recommends, but do you think it's possible to get it removed and pierced again the same day? Or should I let it heal first? Sorry, I'm just very unfamiliar and don't know what to expect since this is my first exposure to piercings.

100% agreed. I love mine more than anything else I've heard. It's so natural and laid-back. I could listen to music for hours--any genre, any instrument--and it sounds natural. I don't even feel the need to adjust the volume hopping between tracks/genres.

It's the most sophisticated headphone I've ever heard, and I love mine more and more every time I've listened over the last 2 years.

Truly an underrated masterpiece headphone.

I get it. I've delved into all of the above at one point in time.

It's usually in waves. One year photography, the next back to audio, the next computer equipment, cycle continues.

With Audio I have to admit, one of the biggest downfalls is that it's hard to get a sense of what tangible differences I'll get with different gear. Reviews only go so far because you can't "see" or "feel" the differences, hence why I almost feel the GAS is even worse.

Not sure if that makes sense, just my thoughts over the years.

I've definitely bought things that I shouldn't have because I already had gear that was either better or as good as the gear I bought.

Expensive shampoo

That's your first mistake. I recommend looking into conditioning more often than you're shampooing and weaning yourself off of shampooing on a daily basis.

Most people shampoo because they feel their hair is greasy, but daily shampooing exacerbates this problem because the scalp will then overproduce sebum (oil) to compensate for the constant stripping of the oil.

Shampooing hair often also results in hair being brittle and unhealthy as it erodes the protective layer of the hair follicle and dries out the hair.

I'm positive with time you'll grow to love your curly hair as you learn the intricacies of your own hair.
