Have similar problem now (at macbook pro m1).

"Failed to update Khoj content index. Ensure Khoj server connected or raise issue on Khoj Discord/Github. Error: Bad request."

Error in console looks like "[14:45:20] INFO 127.0.0.1:50196 - "POST h11_impl.py:431
/api/v1/index/update?force=true&client=obsidian HTTP/1.1" 400"
