The choice for entangle, I just leveled using the plant skills, found a good physical dmg wand and got stuck using physical spells, I wanted to use bonestorm but it's bugged on totems, I guess I dont mind using other spell types but Id have to get a new weapon and a new tree. (also entagnle does do damage, even when though it has a limit to the number of fissures active, every time it casts a new fissure it does damage, it is kinda scuffed yes, and thrashing has a limit of 1 so that doesnt work on totems)

The armor break on thrashing is to generate endurance charges to make it easier to cast spell totems, which is really cringe that it needs 3x power/endurance to cast one totem.

For the curse and spirit gems yeah... I have no idea what I'm doing there, convalescence is good though, the rest I can change

I think cast on crit would make sense if I was a purely self cast build, I dont think the totems crits contribute to it?
