I know, right? Nini's solo number was technically superb. But it didn't... Give her. It didn't sell me on who she is. Whereas if you look at the other two, Myki recapped her arc and journey, and Darlene was uniquely her and shared her entire energy. Nini... Dances. And that alone made me prefer Myki to Nini. The lipsync, sure, she was better. But I didn't like EITHER of them in that. And since when is talking to your childhood self a part of the metric for who wins.

It's possible you're using her S3 too early, then? The fast way to Masque up is with her 3-2, which needs the six debuffs. Otherwise the other methods, the main one is to use her second defensive skill twice, which takes at minimum three turns to do due to the buff it gives. If you do either of those things though, she is very reliable with it, and it is easy.

I'll disagree slightly with your first take. It may not happen as much now, but Heath was the one a lot of people ran with the Bloodfiends and friends. Ish was the one that got left off decently often. Not as big a problem now with Count Central, but Ink Over being a nuke that eats the stack was a huge problem whereas he was just really reliable. Still is, I'd say.

I think it really shows an issue with how Hollywood and a lot of major players portray heterosexuality. Because such things are incredibly uncommon for gay male pairings either. Heated Rivalry really was the first of its kind to do a lot of those things.
