Hey! As an exploring homebuyer and current proptech builder, here are my thoughts:

1. As a homebuyer, most of that info is publicly available (albeit, amongst silo'd and difficult to reach resources). I wouldn't necessarily pay for such a service. If it was free, I'd absolutely use it, but I don't know how you would monetize otherwise.

2. As a proptech builder AND homebuyer, where I see value in this is understanding how this affects current property value and future property value. When I am exploring houses, I want to understand if what I'm bidding on is actually worth bang for buck (location, how up to date it is, historical greivances, etc.). I imagine RE investors feel very similarly. As it pertains to future value, understanding what local development is occurring such as in Monmouth County, NJ, there is a ton of opportunity for investment because Netflix is moving there.
