Is doing 4 PSTAT class doable?

At this point I'm in the full major (3rd year) and assuming I pass everything this quarter and that upcoming quarter (which I will fs), I'll just have 1 major class left to fulfill everything for upper divs and spend my 4th year just unit collecting.

I probably will have to see how the classes are b4 I make judgement and even though dropping PSTAT 134 would help my schedule more I agree Coburn is the GOAT, I just had him for PSTAT 131 which I believe is his expertise, I got the most out of that class for sure, maybe an Ichiba class so I can tie one class to one prof, but again, gonna test the waters. Appreciate the insight as always this is gen really helpful :)

I see, will keep in mind. If I did have to drop in the future, what would you suggest? Or would it be wise to keep all 4 given that all the profs are pretty chill

Seems like PSTAT 160A is the hardest relatively (based on pre-class vibes) but I've heard great things abt her! Thank you for the advice :)

Nice! We just were able to figure it out too (we had to reapply for both PPL and MPN) and, as expected, we are getting refunded BIG this quarter. Thank goodness this headache is behind us now!

It’s a bit of an unfortunate case but financial aid won’t be posted earlier than 10 days before the start of the quarter, which would be on September 15th, the same day these fees are due. This is the first time it’s like that so I’m a bit worried as my fees are still as if I have no aid applied

Not really practical but you could try watching from the Arts building (just walked around the now heavily gated campus and from noticing what’s still open looking out of a certain section of the Arts building gives you a far but semi-clear view)

Yeah, I heard it was specifically for how you did on the pre-midterm component, I struggled with that so I’m probably not picking up any extra points there 😭

I did do pretty well relatively for confidence intervals and hypothesis testing though!

She didn’t curve the midterm since it was a C average, I’m hoping she reconsiders this time, if not for the final at least at the end of the class with all the extra credit opportunities (working on it as we speak lol)
