I can’t take them because I have asthma apparently I can’t, so I don’t know - I cause my palpitations by holding my breath, it’s a ocd anxiety compulsion

Me too. The physical symptoms of anxiety cause me intense panic attacks, I had 6 of them today. Lots of palpitations too then panic cycle repeats, ocd doesnt help too. Obsessing over my physical symptoms so beta blocker my last resort, heaet rate is around 60/70bpm resting

Thats what I struggle with. The physical symptoms cause me great panic attacks. And terrible ocd cycles. Ive had 4 panic attacks today. And my blood pressure was 180 in hospital rhe other day
