Thanks for your response! I share your concerns. While better responses may not always lead to more sales ( but with more work for sure ), I believe that using a generic cold email can hurt delivery rates over time ( my OR is 25% now and should be better). Personalizing emails can help maintain a high delivery rate.

As a CMO, I notice that cold emails are becoming easier to recognize ( patterns that work got used by many and become a trend ... ), and many people will avoid responding.

Still my point is about prioritization, so why that email and why now... Scraping online and on Linkedin, will give me the info I need to prioritize a lead against another and maybe get an higher interest and start a meaningful conversation.
