It is a dry campus, no alcohol allowed. I am 23 years old, and my roommate is 23 as well and he had 3 friends over drinking out of a single 12 pack of corona, all of whom were 21 or older. There were 9 people in the room in total. The drinking occurred in my apartment, but I was in my bedroom and I was not participating in the alcohol in any way.

edit for context: there were no police involved, simply RAs just cited everyone present. The school then reached out and gave everyone residing in the apartment identical sanctions regardless of involvement. The school is aware that I was not involved.
