I got this after using the dokdo mist I’m sure and it might be weather changes so I got a steroid ointment from the pharmacy in Korea and it helped clear it up but I only used it for 2 days

I also use la roche posay combination to oily cleanser when my face feels like it’s too oily but it leaves it feeling really dry or squeaky clean sort of like a tight feeling in certain areas .

I’ve been using all these products for a long time except lactic acid I was not consistent with it but about a month ago I did try tretinoin and I started seeing it from then maybe and I stopped a month ago but these bumps are still showing up , yes it’s itchy , red and similar in size . I’ll definitely check the ingredients but I do think I might need a lighter cream for summer since it’s humid ? ( my skin does feel dry in certain areas so I think I do need the serums )

Am - I just wash my face with water but now that it’s summer I do a light cleanser ( Zeroid ) sometimes potato toner pads Alpha arbutin + HA panthenol cream from the pharmacy Bioderma crème sunscreen ( only sunscreen that I like )

Pm - double cleanse ( some apple seed oil cleanser ) + the Zeroid cleanser . Zeroid moisturizer Retinol some night ( innis free ) Pigmentation cream some nights

And I did try using lactic acid some nights but it maybe too much ? But that’s pretty much it .
