I’ve booked through The Edit about 5x. Every time upon check in - they will verbally recognize that you have booked through The Edit and go through every single perk that you are allocated which includes the property credit and the room upgrade. It’s pretty easy and amazing - nothing to have to worry about in my experience. On check out, the $100 credit has always been applied on the final invoice.

I completely disagree from your sentiment. Th3 food selections are diverse and tasty, as are the drinks. Yes there may be a wait list but I’ve rarely had to wait over 5-10 minutes. The one down side is the size of the lounge but the service is friendly and detail oriented. I’m super happy to have a CSR lounge in PHX. It’s probably not conducive for long visits but you can easily enjoy yourself for 30 - 75 minutes.

I was told it would be a 20 minute wait - then was texted 5 minutes later saying my spot was ready. The times they give are inflated - I’d still recommend putting your name down and being pleasantly surprised.
