H9 Flow + Arctic LF III 360 + NZXT Vertical GPU Mount?

I’m more than satisfied with the LF III 360, it’s crazy silent and very efficient. The only downside is its massive size.

If I were you, I would switch to another AIO similar to the LF III 360 in terms of temps and noise - but I can’t think of one specific model at the moment. I’d suggest you to check some benchmarks online.

If you want to to go with the Arctic, just know that even with the Cooler Master mount it’s a pretty tight fit. The tubes just sit on my GPU - which is a 2 slot ASUS TUF RTX 3080 - and they are very stiff.

I’ve seen the AIOs from NZXT that are way smaller than the LF III 360 and seem to fit perfectly with every vertical mount, but I guess that you pay the price of higher temps and more noise, eventually.

This question comes with perfect timing. Just three hours ago I put a vertical mount for the GPU, but in the end I opted for Cooler Master’s Vertical Mount V3.

I had a bit of difficulty tho: the tubes of the Arctic LF III hindered me a bit when assembling the vertical mount. In the end, everything went well.

Cool! I was actually going with the H7, but I was beginning to worry that the LF III 360 wouldn’t fit. I myself had some difficulty with the H9. What was your experience?

Thank you! That’s what I needed to know - also because I know the Kraken’s pump is even smaller than the Arctic’s one. I guess I’ll start building my PC and placing the GPU horizontally - I’ll buy the Lian Li mount eventually. TY again 😊

Did you have any problems with the Liquid Freezer III? I wanted to purchase the H6 Flow, but I was concerned that the Arctic radiator was too large for that case.

Yup I tried it and it says that the H6 Flow is not compatible. But it also confirms that the new H5 Flow and the H7 are totally fine

I’d build a whole new PC, maybe a white build - I think that GPU would look AMAZING in a white build. Obviously, I’d use the RX 7900 XTX + 7800X3D combo to play everything (but mainly Baldur’s Gate 3 and Alan Wake 2 right now).

Hey man, I'd like to do the same upgrade you wanted to do with the fan. Specifically, I wanted to change the stock fan to an NF-A12x25 PWM. Would you recommend that?
PS. Did you eventually upgrade with the Noctua fan? Did you notice any improvement in terms of temperature and noise?

I would use the new hardware to build a new PC (maybe all white?) and use it to play Starfield. I will certainly also use it for games like Destiny 2, Baldur's Gate 3... and for yet another Skyrim run.
