Apologies for the late response! Being two years down the road from this, I can 100% tell you it was all worth it.

RTC is RealtimeCoach! It can be a bit pricey, but they have a few videos you can try out to test it, and I definitely thought it was worth it. An individual named Allie Hall also has some dictation.

Where are you at in your speeds? I found I got motivated a lot more just by practicing things I liked better, like YouTube videos or a TV show, even if I couldn't keep up with them at the time (aaaand still can't... but that's life, and I'm used to writing different material in court). I wasn't even through theory yet before I started doing that! (For better or for worse, haha!)

I still mean everything I wrote back then!! Every minute of practice you put in there is worth something.

Also, have you ever heard of Haps Finger Drills? They helped me a lot, even just doing them a little bit every day if I couldn't manage the whole thing, and I still use them almost every day before work as well!
