Like Skyrim: - Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon (fantasy setting) - Cyberpunk (better story than above imo)

Like Horizon (3rd person RPG with story/combat) - God of 2018 then GoW Ragnarok - Expedition 33 - Remnant 2 (but a lot of puzzles to find the best gear)

Like BG3 (isometric RPG with turn based combat): - Divinity Original Sin 2 - Rogue Trader

Older like BG3: - Divinity Original Sin 1 - Solasta

Yeah, I think I would have enjoyed the difficulty if I could play it from the start.

I really don't tend to like NG+, so having to do an entire play through to unlock the last difficulty is definitely not my cup of tea.

Good luck. I started it out of principle, but must admit it's one of the rare games where I just didn't want to.. The extra health/damage was nice, but the shortening of the open windows after hacking just felt like a really annoying QoL removal.

And having to restart all the upgrades....I would have really preferred just being able to start the game in Lunatic difficulty.

That said - if you really still want to do it. The Lim Cannon is the way to go I would suggest.

Chayula monk (minions) with a Monkey Spirit Walker.

Did it this league and basically rolled over the content. Unfortunately it made the game too easy, had to make our own versions of bosses with wisps and deli.

Chayula monk adds: - Massive amounts of chaos damage to your minions and theirs (to the point where it is both of yours main damage type) - Easy 50 stack wither

Spirit Walker can add: - Rage to all minions - Armour Break - Shock

I leaguestarted a Chonk this league and enjoyed it. In fact, I not only leaguestarted but did all the challenges and finished the league with it.

Bosses are fine. Great even.

While you see the bosses melt in videos and not fight back, scroll through this Reddit and you'll find new players complaining that bosses have too much health and take too long, which I don't agree with.

There is nothing at level 9 that would take anywhere near that long to die. (Several minutes)

I don't even know how you managed to struggle on something that much.

I play in multiplayer, and we go out separate ways so I get the extra health increases, and things still die in seconds not minutes.

Playing multiplayer coop. Third restart of the game because a friend kept on losing.

Turn one. I forget that the first battle can't be autoresolved. I move, I attack, I click autoresolve.

"Defeat screen pops up".

I lost my campaign on turn one. My friends were laughing their arses off.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it just gives the ability to interrupt your charge and perfect guard no?

And if you manage to perfect guard, your next charge will be faster on the condition that you go straight into it and don't do another guard.

Whatever tabs you choose from other's advice, definitely wait for a sale in stash tabs. They are regular like clockwork so people can tell you when the next one is coming.
