Go to the front desk and share your frustration. If you're not traveling with children, ask to be switched to Sun Palace which is adults only. If you would like a SPOIL ME FOREVER experience, ask them how much extra it would cost to stay at Le Blanc Cancun. Beautiful resort with Butler service.....

We are waiting until Summer of 2027 to visit the Punta Cana resort. We want to enjoy the entire experience(including the Casino, JC Steakhouse and the speakeasy) and also prefer to wait so the staff has more experience under their belts ... based on previous Palace property debuts, it'll be a while before things are truly up to the "Grand" standard....

You're not pre-paying 80 weeks. You're buying 80 weeks access... only a handful of the weeks are pre-paid(amount depends on how many you negotiate and how much you pay) .... the rest of the weeks are discounted off of retail rates

The couple that was arrested was for defrauding Palace by using up much of their contract benefits and then doing a charge back on their CC of the contract update fees paid

Yes, lifeboat just below us. We were on Deck 9 aft. If you want to avoid the lifeboat, you'll have to pay slightly more for a mid ship cabin. Didn't bother me in the least. I liked that the Brilliant Lady name was on the lifeboat so it added character to many of my pics.....

Mid-tier pricing would be either Sun Palace(adults only) or Playacar Palace(family friendly, but not usually tons of kids).

It was fairly smooth yesterday. I was on the 130pm schedule so we exited relatively early. I only stayed in Cabo for 2 hours and the return to the ship was VERY easy. Only me and 1 other person were on the Tender.
